Use of the PolicyCheck
The PolicyCheck is provided free of charge for the duration of the test / pilot. The PolicyCheck is intended to help Users perform self-assessments of compliance in a secure and structured manner.
Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the PolicyCheck solely for evaluation and feedback purposes during the test / pilot phase.
In using our PolicyCheck, you must comply with all applicable laws as well as our subscription, usage and any other documentation, guidelines, or policies we make available to you.
You may not use our PolicyCheck for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. For example, you may not:
- Use our PolicyCheck in a way that infringes, misappropriates or violates anyone’s rights.
- Modify, copy, lease, sell or distribute any of our PolicyCheck.
- Attempt to or assist anyone to reverse engineer, decompile or discover the source code or underlying components of our PolicyCheck, including our models, algorithms, or systems (except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law).
- Automatically or programmatically extract data or output (defined below).
- Interfere with or disrupt our PolicyCheck, including circumvent any rate limits or restrictions or bypass any protective measures or safety mitigations on the PolicyCheck.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to use the PolicyCheck only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Users are solely responsible for:
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the data they input;
- Maintaining the confidentiality and security of their own systems;
- Promptly notifying Cyen of any bugs, malfunctions, vulnerabilities, or security incidents encountered within the PolicyCheck;
- Providing constructive feedback to support product improvement, as part of their participation in the test / pilot phase.
Limitations and Disclaimers
The PolicyCheck is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Cyen makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the PolicyCheck for any particular purpose. Cyen shall not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from or related to the use of the PolicyCheck, except as required by applicable law.
